1. Are your desserts halal?
- Our desserts are not certified Halal. But we use all Halal ingredients on all our desserts and baked in a muslim kitchen.
2. How do you deliver the desserts?
- We use our own transportation or third-party delivery services such as Grab/GoGet etc.
3. Can I pick the desserts up from you directly?
- Yes, you can opt for self-collect and we will whatsapp you when we receive your order to make an arrangement. We are located in Bangsar, collection time will be from 11AM - 5PM.
4. Do you provide same-day delivery?
- Unfortunately, we don’t. Please pre-order the desserts at least 3-4 days in advance, we bake all our desserts freshly upon orders.
5. Why is your delivery time stated ‘preferred time and not guaranteed’?
- We provide preferred time slot delivery based on the availability of delivery slots as we will deliver based on one area at a time. We will try our best to deliver based on the preferred time slot but there's no guarantee.

6. Can I change the delivery address / date after my order has been placed?
- Yes, you can. Provided that you are able to inform us at least 24 hours before the delivery time.
- If you fail to inform us at least 24 hours in advance, an extra charge may apply for the new delivery arrangement.
7. What if the receiver is not contactable?
- Extra charges for delivery may apply if the delivery is not completed due to receiver details or if the receiver is not contactable.
8. I live in a high-rise building, can you deliver it to my unit?
- The driver/rider will only deliver to the lobby/drop-off point ONLY.
- The same will apply to places such as inside malls/hotels etc.
9. How long must I pre-order in advance?
- Minimum 3 days in advance. (Cut off time: 6 pm daily)
10. How long can I keep the desserts for?
- All our products have no added preservatives.
- Cake Box / Whole Cake: please keep it refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
- Soft Cookies: best consume within 24 hours; after this period it will go stale.
11. Do you deliver to areas outside of Klang Valley?
- Unfortunately, no.
12. Can I write a message for my friends or family?
- Yes, we do provide a message writing service, please include your message at the checkout page. We will prepare the message card for your order.
